• Biography Constantine James Maroulis, was raised in Brooklyn and eventually moved to New Jersey before he left home to attend Boston Conservatory, where he graduated in 2002. Constantine started his career playing title roles in "Hedwig and the Angry Inch", "Jesus Christ Superstar", playing "Roger" in "RENT, "Tom Joad in "The Grapes of Wrath", "Malcolm" in "Macbeth", and "Tony" in "West Side Story". He's also appeared on "Law & Order: SVU", Elimidate, and several other independent films. Constantine played with a lot of different bands until finally joining Pray for the Soul of Betty in 2003. In 2005 Constantine finished 6th on FOX's American Idol, and he toured with the IDOLS Live Concert after AI finished. He's since has begun touring solo. Constantine had a single "Bohemian Rhapsody" from the Killer Queen CD, and he's currently working out several TV offers and is recording his solo cd.
